Welcome to the Financial Liquidity Services Company (FLSC), a division of The Lower Bill Company Inc. This is a privately owned liquidity payment system. Meaning all potential and interested investors are invited into our system. You are not required to partake, nor will you be forced to stay involved/ or pay more than your initial payment amount at the time of your buy-in. Please note that buy-in amounts can increase and are likely to increase based on the number of users in this system. This will only happen in the case that we have to pay for additional administrators for processing timely payouts. FLSC will notify all participants 30-Days in advance of any changes.
Also, note that upon your payment and setup, you should have received an email with a link to our full presentation. This presentation is required for you to view and is highly suggested. You and only you will be responsible for your investments. If you choose to assist others in joining our program, it is encouraged that you do not. However, if you choose to do so, you will be accepting 100% liability for not only your investment but theirs. Meaning we will not keep track of who owes who or other transactions outside of the Square Payment System sent by the buy-in party and the delivery of either the initial level 1 payout.
We will not pay one person for another. This means the only way you will be paid is based on your membership payment of $25 and is solely for legal and tracking purposes. Our Square Bank Account will act as a collection source for all transactions and documented ledger for all investors. You will see your name and position in the system and all fees for all members collected out of the payout amount. *Please make sure to use the correct tab stated Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 for the correct listing and information. This has been designed to show accurate tracking of payments. Each member is required to meet five criteria. **No member/ potential member will be added to this system unless all criteria are met in full.
You of 18 years of age or older and have agreed to the Financial Waiver and Non-Compete Agreements. (By entering the system, you understand that you are now invested in the system and can not be refunded unless the system is closed and you have not been paid from your original investment. No refunds are offered once you have purchased your spot. By purchasing your spot, you agree that you have viewed our presentation video and agreed to the Financial Waver as well as the Non-Compete Agreement)
A $25 payment has been sent/received By the master admin at Square.com. You will need to attach your contact information (Name / Mobile Number). After you have been added to the investment list, you will receive a text that will be sent to you asking for any needed information that will be needed for our records. This is important; if we have an issue with paying your bank account, you will receive a call and email with instructions to claim your payment. Failure to complete this process in a timely manner or three months will result in an escheat to our system and forfeiture of your funds.
You must have an active bank account or be able to cash a certified check which is issued by our bank. **All Monies will be received and paid by the following means certified check or ACH Wire. Please note that any fees charged to FLSC for payment to you or your bank will be charged and deducted from your return. No exceptions will be made unless notified by the company.
If you don't have a banking solution, you can use Western Union or another back account that is not in your name. **Note you will be responsible for the funds and not The Lower Bill Company Inc. or FLSC.
You agree to a one-time call from our financial adviser that will show you how to protect your payout monies after your first payout. This is a one-time call where the goal is to help you protect as much of your capital earnings from taxation as legally possible. If you are not willing or want to use this service, it is not required.
